Job Title: Marketing and Sales Manager

We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Manager to join our small yet dynamic team and drive the growth of ONE NODE by building strong sales execution alongside impactful marketing strategies. This role requires a results-oriented professional with a passion for creating compelling brand experiences, engaging customers, and fostering revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth while supporting B2B opportunities.
- Build relationships with boutique retailers, high-end shops, and tourism hubs across Norway, Scandinavia, and Europe.
- Identify and approach new markets and client segments, driving customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the founder to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Coordinate pop-ups, seasonal markets, and other direct sales initiatives to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.
Marketing and Brand Building:
- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy, including digital marketing, content creation, and public relations.
- Design and manage marketing campaigns to promote product launches, seasonal collections, and unique brand moments.
- Strengthen ONE NODE’s digital presence through innovative social media content, storytelling, and targeted advertising.
- Oversee the production of creative assets such as photoshoots, campaign videos, and event collateral.
- Manage influencer and PR partnerships to amplify brand reach and awareness.
Customer Engagement and Community Building:
- Enhance customer loyalty through engaging campaigns, styling videos, and email marketing initiatives.
- Host unique experiences and collaborative events that resonate with our audience.
- Develop initiatives to grow our DTC following and deepen relationships with customers nationally and beyond.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Track and analyze KPIs across sales and marketing channels to measure success and optimize strategies.
- Report on campaign performance and sales results, using insights to refine approaches.
- Identify opportunities for growth by staying ahead of trends in luxury fashion, sustainable practices, and customer engagement.
Qualifications:
Experience: 4+ years in a marketing and sales role, ideally within fashion or a premium lifestyle brand, with a proven track record in driving revenue and customer engagement.
Skills:
- Strong sales acumen and relationship-building ability.
- Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and e-commerce management.
Attributes:
Results-driven and resourceful, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a passion for traditions, eco-conscious design, and innovation.
Comfortable working in a startup environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Languages: Fluency in Norwegian and English is required; proficiency in German is a plus.
